Managing Director
Siji Oduwusi
Siji Oduwusi is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Blue Turtle Technologies Limited. Over the last 20 years, he has worked extensively with numerous multinational organizations where his expertise in business strategy, planning, and financial analysis has been critical to business growth.
With a background in the banking sector, he gained substantial experience spanning audit, financial control, treasury, international and domestic operations plus business development and intelligence.
He has been instrumental in putting together various large ICT transactions in the areas of infrastructure and telecommunications. He has also contributed significantly to strategic business expansion, growth and operations with his excellent management skills and his deep knowledge of requirements for business expansion and growth.
Siji holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Lagos. He is also an alumnus of the Lagos Business School Advanced Management Program, as well as a member of the Institute of Directors, the FintechNGR Network, the Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce, and the Information Technology Association of Nigeria (ITAN).
Presently, he holds board positions in companies in different sectors across Nigeria and other West African countries.
Technical Director
Peter Boden
Peter has been actively involved in the IT industry for 36 years – with focus on service management predominantly in Telco, Banking, Oil and Outsourcing companies in the last 15 years.
Having worked for several on- and offshore-based companies in England, France, Spain, and more recently, South Africa, Peter comes with vast experience and skill sets in IT Solutions.
He has a great depth of knowledge on the enterprise application suite of management products, different call center technologies, and multiple Business Service Management (BSM) tools and philosophies.
His vast experience in operational management has helped him develop a hands-on approach to Call Centre, Service Desk, Enterprise Management, Operations Processes, and Data Center disciplines. He also possesses great ability in understanding clients’ businesses, working out the functional and technical requirements, and project implementation to get the desired results.
Sales Director
Olumade Adesemowo
A seasoned business development executive with over 20 years’ experience in various management and executive roles across West Africa. Early in his career, he worked as a 2nd and 3rd line IT support analyst at Shell Nigeria’s Port Harcourt HQ. Subsequently, he led the successful delivery of multiple multi-million-dollar projects at numerous client sites including MTN, UBA, Maersk, etc. Most of the projects involved working with large teams of internationally sourced resources.
Recently, as a management executive working closely with the CEO, he was responsible for the development of a corporate strategy that was aimed at achieving the organization’s corporate objectives and driving business growth.
Olumade holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Agriculture, Abeokuta. He also holds various globally recognized executive management professional qualifications. He sits on the Board of Blue Turtle Technologies Limited as the Executive Director, Business Development and Sales.

Balogun Oluyemi
‘Yemi Balogun is a highly versatile financial expert with extensive experience in full-cycle financial accounting, budgeting, pricing strategy, project management, and financial analysis. With a proven track record of success in optimizing financial operations, Yemi excels at developing and implementing strategies that enhance organizational profitability and efficiency.
His multifaceted career spans various sectors of the economy, including public sector entities, construction firms, oil and gas companies, information technology businesses, and agricultural enterprises. This diverse background equips him with a comprehensive understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities each industry faces, enabling him to deliver tailored financial solutions that drive sustainable growth.
Yemi’s management roles have helped hone his leadership skills, allowing him to effectively guide teams in executing complex financial projects and initiatives. His expertise in budgeting and financial forecasting ensures that the organizations he works for remain financially agile, while his keen pricing strategies maximize revenue potential and market competitiveness.

Omoniyi Olabode
Omoniyi Olabode is a seasoned technology leader with over 13 years of extensive experience in IT Service Management, Project Management, IT Services, Product Operations, and Technical Product Management.
Early in her career, Omoniyi gained foundational experience as a Service Desk Technician, where she developed a deep understanding of customer needs and the importance of agile support services. Her rapid advancement to the role of Application Administrator allowed her to effectively manage software application support and deployment, significantly improving operational efficiency.
As she transitioned into Technical Project Management and Service Delivery, she consistently demonstrated her ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects. Her keen focus on quality management and adherence to service delivery metrics has enhanced both customer satisfaction and operational reliability.
Currently serving as a Service Operations Manager, Omoniyi is committed to driving innovations that enhance customer environments. She actively deploys advanced technologies and solutions to improve service delivery and elevate the overall customer experience. Omoniyi’s collaborative leadership style fosters strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and effectiveness.
